International Union for Quaternary Research (INQUA)

Summary: The U.S. National Committee for the International Union for Quaternary Research (USNC/INQUA) promotes the advancement of Quaternary sciences in the United States and throughout the world, and effects participation by the U.S. scientific community in the International Union for Quaternary Research (INQUA), an associate union of the International Council of Scientific Unions (ICSU). The U.S. National Committee operates within the National Research Council's Board on International Scientific Organizations which is within the Policy and Global Affairs Division.
