Summary: For this project, the US National Research Council and the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science each formed a working group to comprise the Joint Task Force on the Rights and Responsibilities of Multinational Corporations (MNCs) in an Age of Technological Interdependence. Because the two groups were not able to agree fully on a common set of findings, this volume contains two separate reports, preceded by a brief consensus statement.
